WSET III, part 1; 10/15/2011-10/16/2011 (Portland, ME): Clear, medium-minus intensity lemon color with a watery rim; slight tears/legs. Clean, youthful (developing?), medium-plus intensity nose of flowers, citrus (lemon, lemon zest), and green apple and pear. Dry, medium body and alcohol, medium-plus acidity and flavor intensity. Palate of lemon, lime, mineral; herbaceous/grassy. Medium-plus length. Very good quality. Drink now, but with potential for aging.

I served this in my wine course. Excellent briny nose with a bit of lime. Minerality continues in the nice long finish.

Slight citrus. Some roundness from the vintage. Very ripe, but good. 89+
