  Citrus notes, and something tropical, cinnamon spiced cooked pear, on the nose. This is strongly citric, but also has a sweetness to it; not strictly classic sparkling wine flavors, this has something approaching guava, but it is crisp, complex, and refreshing, with acidity and gingerbread on the finish.
