  • Straw yellow with greenish hue.
Honeyed white flowers on the nose with apple to melon fruit. Salt liquorice, gunpowder, almonds, asparagus and potatoes.
Dry and medium bodied on the palate with balanced acidity. White to yellow fruit, flinty minerality, asparagus and honey. Slight lavendel and toffee notes towards the good length finish. Round with an oxidative touch to it. And if the wine feels too flat and oxidated, just give it some time, maybe decant it. Probably it will resurrect.
Very nice. Good varietal typicity and stylistically a welcomed approach in wine making.
