This is real pinot grigio. Low yielding and far far riper than your typical glass. More reminiscent of their Alsacian kin. Golden, honeyed notes, moving mid palate and citrus finish. Drinking great now. Seek out

Reminds me to a spanish Txakolí. Light and with high acidity. Not too much body and with a shy nose but with a lovely mineral hint. Good with seafood pasta.
