Again really good with hot indian food and solo as well, because of the sweetness and the acidity. Creamy texture with a nice salty, chalky minerality.

(Minges Gleisweiler Hölle Scheurebe Spätlese) ($27.00) 25hl/ha in this stingiest of vintages, but the wine is rockin! A hint of botrytis, smoky and cassis-y, even less evolved than the Rieslings; it has the curranty sizzle of his Scheus, but let’s see where the botrytis goes after sulfuring, filtration and bottling.

Last bottle gone. Better than before. Again very nice with indian food as well as solo afterwards. Really delicious.

Again very good. The piercing acidity together with the juicy sweetness is sooo delicious.

One of the few sweet wines, that I like solo as well. It's not a bargain at € 10,--, but it's definately worth it.

Very sweet, but with a nice acidity and fruit, which was nice with hot, spicy food as well as solo, where the other sweet wines are usually too sweet.
