Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • According to winemaker Antonella Conti, 2005 was a vintage that “made itself in the vineyard” achieving perfect ripeness of all three grape varieties, making life much easier for her and the team in the winery! After fermentation in tank, the wine was aged in large oak vats for twelve months, then a further twelve months in 225L oak casks. Showing some age in terms of its brick ruby colour, it has herbal, cooked green pepper spice on the nose and mellow vanilla and soft red fruits on the palate.
