  I am still surprised how a 5 year old SB can turn out so perfumed, elegant, layered compared to its release. I had this experience with the (way too expensive) Cloudy Bay as well.
  
  Loved it. Will look out for more to store them away for quite some years. Current price of the '13 and '14: 9,8 € as compared to 8 € when the '10 was released.

  I am surprised that a pretty cheap (8 €) sauvignon blanc can turn into such nice wine after 6 years. Lost most of its fruit, but turned into a noble, nutty, creamy wine. Nice! Now I am disappointed that this was my last bottle.
  
  Obviously I am starting to line SB's aged. Am I the only one with this habit?
