  • Deep, open, beautiful. Slate, smoke and ripe apple.
    Beautiful balance and texture. Nice acid, clean, full. Fresh and easy drinking. Plenty of regional charm.
    This is drinking great. Would love to encounter it in a bistro. Doesn't need time or air. However, I wonder how long it will last in bottle. 2-3 years?
