With an aroma reminiscent of Cava, this wine shows notes of golden apple and apricot on the nose. Something almost Riesling-like also makes an appearance, introducing very faint tones of petrol and a very evident slate mineral streak. Soft tones of honey and pineapple rind show toward the end, with subtle notes of aging beginning to make an appearance.
Smooth, soft and light, apple and apricot show at first with subtle hints of pineapple in the background. A distinct wet stone quality comes through very clearly, with hints of petrol and mineral water showing around the edges. Soft and delicate while remaining bright and crisp, this is a refreshing and nicely balanced wine.
