  A sublime riesling that has everything the Clare has got to offer. It is up there with Grosset Polish Hill and Jim Barry Florita. It is a wine that expresses a sense of place more so than any other Clare riesling that I have tasted up until now.
  
  A very mineral and floral bouquet, the rest of the flavour profile follows the same path and adds layers of citrus, tropical and green apple notes. It is still too early for any tertiary notes to develop but it has supple and linear acidity that will carry it through for another 20 years. Finish was dominated by the linearity of the acid for now although some hints of honey can be detected.
  
  Drink 7+ years - I killed it too early!
