Drank this side by side with a bottle of Lea Pinot. Much more going on in this wine. I've been impressed with Core wines as a whole. There were notes of strawberries, cherries, and rhubarb, with a mid-palate of honey and bbq. The finish had notes of Smoke, coffee, nutmeg, baking spice, and cinnamon. Good 30+ second finish which was thoroughly enjoyable.

Vinturi'd: nose was bursting with cherries and strawberries. On the palate, cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. The cherry finish gives way to baking spices after ten seconds or so.
