  • Lovely onion skin colour. Dry, crisp, fresh raspberry and spice flavours

  • As a fan of of Rhone Rose's, I easily give this one a big thumbs up. It has that dark for a rose' almost cranberry color. There is not a lot on the nose. I'm pretty sure this is a bleed wine where the skins have been broken, but it is so delicate, I may be wrong. There is some concentration, intensity, and even some structure here. There is almost enough layers of fruit here to break the 90 point glass ceiling. We get light, almost shy, but very elegant strawberry, and red raspberry fruit on the front of the palate, backed up by fresh cherry on the back of the palate. Very nice balanced acidity. The best part is the finish, which though fruity, is balanced with perfect acidity, and lingers for a couple of minutes. Each swallow tastes better, so we are going to raise this to 90.
