Really good! Very similar to a high quality, mature Bordeaux. 30+ minute decant but fades fairly quick so probably doesn’t need it. See previous notes.

In a blind tasting, I would peg this for a St Julien. Tobacco and cigar box up front with cassis, cherry, and plum on the finish, with a bit of Mediterranean herbs. Treading the line between primary and tertiary flavors. Has more life left but why wait.

My dining partners were very impressed. Short decant. Probably a touch over the hill. Dark red and maroon color. Cedar, dark cherries, and more prunes than previous bottles. Lovely texture! Drink up!

1hr+ decant. Dark red color with crimson edges. Almost identical to my previous bottle. Massive floral nose with dark cherries on the palate. Deep, complex wine. Medium plus finish. Reminds me of Domaine Tempier Bandol but more fruit and less earth. Really enjoyed this!

Same as previous notes. Starting to turn with subtle prunes/plums on the finish. Still a big wine!
