Green-tinged straw gold. An easily noticeable whiff of oak precedes ripe, focused and wonderfully clear and ripe medium-bodied flavors of apple, pear, and lemon. Pleasantly citric and slightly stony on the long finish. Reminded me a bit of Mount Eden Chardonnays I've had, which I love.

Pale yellow in the glass. Aromas of nuts, tropical fruits, grapefruit rind and a hint of piney-ness and petrol. Very full and flush on the palate but not heavy at all, light and a bit racy. There is still a fair amount of oak to integrate but its doesn't overwhelm the fruit. Finish is medium plus.
Very good - Drink or hold

Bright and youthfully yellow, the aromatics start with a deep mineral theme highlighted with pit fruit, pear skin and apple. Some sweet spice fills in the top notes. The palate is rich and viscous with good stuffing, classic and classy flavors of orchard fruit, preserved citrus and wet stones. There's decent acidity and the whole package is nicely balanced and complete. This certainly scratches the Cote de Beaune itch at a very attractive price. Drink now through 2016.
