Not sure what to make of this, one of the more unique shiraz encounters I've experienced. Nose of blackberry, alc and vanilla. A medium bodied wine, not anywhere close to a fruit bomb/Aussie shiraz. A strange compilation of flavors, blueberry, along w/the blackberry and an alc chaser that kind of works. Did like the screwcap, but at $27 or so retail, major pass.

Not much to recommend here. Fruit is mostly blackberry, but is buried under alcohol. Finish is short and hot. For price, there are many better choices.

Cranberries, raisins, honey, and a bit of alcohol on the nose. Light body and some warmth from the alcohol. Blackberries, oak, with a short woody/tart cranberry finish. A bit too light and somewhat disjointed. Might benefit from a few more years, but not much.

Nose: raw berries. Mouth: light body, little fruit, some acid. Finish: Lite and a bit hot. I'd drink it in a pinch with food but there are far better wines for the price available.

A rather different wine with strong flavor of both bacon and asfalt mixed in with some eucalyptus. And strangely enough it is excellent
