I like this one. I'm not going to go into a deep analysis of tasting, nose and all. I can say that I really like it it's pleasant as a bit of bite nice color not to dry

A deep ruby color with pleasant, but not highly aromatic nose of dark fruit. Palate is only ordinary to enjoyable with lots of oak, smoke and earth. Very heavy tannins that were still strong the next day. Balance is nice, but not harmonious. Very dry, medium acidity and medium body. Finish was average in length, not long or everlasting. Overall only average.

1. This is only about the 3'rd or 4'th aglianico I've ever had. 2. Nose of Cigar ashes, cedar and black cherry jolly ranchers. 3. Taste of the same, with some bell pepper and very...very chewy rough tannin. Opened too soon.
My response to the other tasters... Bacon? Don't get that flavor at all. Olive's...maybe...more like the olive brine to go with that bell pepper.

Improved over last tasting. Probably could use another 3 years or so ideally.

A good wine, but a bit dry, tannic, and needing some time to decant.
