Nicely aged zin. On the nose, I'm struck by the smell of multivitamins. But on the finish, there are complex wood and fruit notes that I don't get in older cabs or syrah. Nice change of pace! (On 2nd and 4th nights, this is still showing very well. Great secondary flavors of leather and old books. But there is still a healthy acidity and a long finish. Bravo!)

This was OK on first night -- somewhat thin for my taste, but quite drinkable. But I wasn't able (or excited) to get back to it for 5-6 days. After sitting so long, I tasted it as a precursor to throwing it away, and found it much changed for the better! Deep, dark fruit, caramel, licorice, long finish. I really enjoyed this wine with a pork chop and roasted gorgonzola potatoes. I am going to keep remaining bottle for a few years to see what happens to it.

Very dark color; nose of hot spices, but very, very to drink, medium to short finish, but very tasty. could be a classic zin in taste & structure. really liked it.

This continues to improve. Nice, classic zin with oak notes that aren't overpowering but add a touch of sweetness.

Wow, where did my four bottles go? Easy to drink and to like, very fruity with a little caramel but not enough to be cloying. Would buy again-
