  Needed 30 minutes (or more) of air. Black anc blue berries, a touch of raspberry, a little new leather, green herbs, a little menthol, a little powdered sugar, earth, and a little caramel on the nose. Plum, black cherry, cassis, spice, earth, and barrel notes. Decent acidity, medium body, moderate finish, decent structure. This has evolved pretty well. It's delicious and almost too easy to drink :-).

  Fragrant nose of plum, with some cherry vanilla mixed in. Juicy on the palate with a very soft mouthfeel (little detectable tannin) and a good amount of dark fruits with oak notes carrying through the finish.
