  Been waiting 2.5 years to see if this wine can live up to the 95 point rating...and I gotta say that it comes close. Incredibly smooth, deep and rich. The fruit has evolved into the aged spectrum of flavor: port-like dark fruit and mushroom/forest floor coat the mouth and go on forever. Slight bitterness on the mid-finish (that disappears before it becomes objectionable) is the only shortcoming. If you've got some, don't wait.

  Outstanding. Incredible flavors and nose. Rootbeer, licorice, vegital flavors. Very interesting wine. Had with some friends sitting around the fireplace.
