It took a while to open up. Red cherry, pepper, a slight hint of funk really great aromas. The palate confirms the aromas but it is more fruit forward than I would have expected and the mid-palate is a little thinner than I'd prefer. Medium finish.

Spicy cherry, smoke, pepper, seasoned steak, vanilla on the nose. Med weight midpalate, tart cherry (cool climate) and repeat flavors from the nose. Surprisingly good from Paraiso.
