  Drank without expectation. Pop and pour. Opened up very quickly and easy to serve. Dark ruby colour. Look young. Fresh forest, mint, licrorice and slightly smoky tobacco smell on nose. Little raspberry taste. Simple with no layer and complexity. Notable tannin at finish. Good body and texture. Refreshing acidity. Not watery. Surprisingly good to drink in hot summer with light chill.
