Off the list at Benny's Chop House. What a spectacular bottle. Opens with lemon and mineral aromas. Amazing depth and complexity, there's so much going here- honeysuckle, lemon chiffon cake, quartz, lily of the valley and honeycomb. Rich and layered n the palate. Wet stone, pear, lemon, almond and apple flavors, oozing minerality. This just sits on the palate, lingering for minutes. I held my last sip in the glass to the very end of the night, four plus hours, and it just kept getting better. This is why Burgundy is "worth it," and what a bottle to enjoy during an evening with my lovely bride. In no danger of decline, and dare I say perhaps could improve? 97-98 for me, 98+ for Domino.
