The 6th Quinquennial Wine and Food Extravaganza (New Jersey, USA): I've had this several times before...it is medium weight and port-like but the mourvèdre makes for a ripe boysenberry jam, spice and chocolate melange. It went well with the chocolate ganache and marshmallow.

This nice inexpensive red dessert wine was the 14th served at our wine bash and it went great with ginger and black pepper, pistachio biscotti. Due to the party nature of the evening no more detailed notes available.

Nice dessert wine with chocolate mousse cake. Not too sweet with a blackberry jam nose and rich mouthfeel. Lots of blackberry tea and chocolate on the palate. Hard to beat for the price.
