  The 1st vintage of this wine made of Trincadeira and Syrah still shows its youthfulness both in the nose and in the palate. To be found are notes of chocolate, red fruits, tar and a light touch of wood. Under this primary layer there's a glimpse of terciary notes more connected with damp earth. The finish is long with nice acidity and a tail of tannins just by the end. To drink or not to drink? To drink i say as the glimpse of what this wine can be further down the road doesnt quite match the current fruit/chocolate/tar gluttony.
