  Forget everything you thought you knew about sauvignon blanc, this is completely different. Nose reminds me of a high class Silvaner GG. Very floral and mineralic. Acid is razor sharp and actually the most prominent feature of this wine, besides it´s length of course. If you like NZ Sav Blanc look away, but if you wanna try something outside the box go for this stuff. Would be fun to see where it goes in the future!

In the mouth it has no real perceptible fruit flavours (possibly a good thing when dealing with dry Sauvignon) and it tastes sweet and sour.
