Beautifully evolved at nine years into the vintage. Great dark berry fruit and earthy oak influences with some chocolate and spice on the backend. Dark inky color and full body. Good stuff.

Excellent as previously noted, but seems like this vintage is going through an awkward stage, like an adolescence of sorts. Slightly less harmonious that at release, but with all the great promise still intact. Would not be in a hurry to finish your holdings, but give it another few months before opening the next bottle!

Black currant, cedar, and chocolate. Well balanced and smooth. Full to medium body with a nice long finish. Still developing, so some tannic grip. Expect this will mellow with age, but still very enjoyable at six years into the vintage.
