  A robust and virile wine. Full blown aromas of incense infused blackcherries, minerals, cracked pepper and blackberries. A medium to full bodied structured palate with excellent concentration, an eliptical, taut yet lush feel on the midpalate and a longish freshly fruited and medium tannic finish.

  Second day (after night with VaccuVin and in wine cooler): the tanins drop away and the fruit comes forward. The wine was a little rounder than I'd like but it was a pleasant drink. The first night I should have waited a little longer before starting my taste.
