  Pop and pour. Vibrant Violet/Red Cherry color. Medium Legs. First impression is very light and dry with a peppery start. This softened quickly. A bit of plum, fig, vanilla and fruit on the nose. Tastes of Plum, Cherry, Currant and oddly a touch of Dill. Nice balance. Light leathery texture. Medium long finish. 13.5% ABV. Good value at $16.
