  Clear light/medium yellow. Very concentrated nose of lemon, apple, mineral and oyster shell. Delicious rich lemon and smoke flavours. Very dry finish but leaves an impression.
  
  Vaillon seemed to do very well in 2010, this wine is a very good example.

  Aroma: soft, butterscotch, apple Palate: acidic, balanced, tasted best with food (fajitas)

  Opened and poured, this wine gave an excellent showing and exceeded expectations. The wine gives aromatics of oyster shell, green apple, chalk and lemon zest. The color is light yellow. The medium bodied palate shows good overall balance and sufficient acidity on the finish to keep the wine firm and focused. Based on this bottle, the wine may benefit from an additional year or two of bottle age.

  Clean citrus, stony, steely character with green apple and yeasty lees aromas.Sizable acid and a nice, filling body lead to a very long finish. Complex and layered. This was an outstanding wine.
