Ripe tropical fruit flavours (from extended bottle age) intermingle with an underlying round, caramel oak/caramelised apple core. This is a very big, New World style Chardonnay that has aged extremely well and is delicious and balanced in its own, upsized way, though it could use a bit more acidity. While it can probably last a few more years in the cellar, there's really no reason to keep it longer. Drink up before the fruit goes from mature to oxidised.

Lovely light gold color. Beautiful notes of baked apple and pear complemented by conservative caramel and oak flavors. Nice acidity balances out a very nice wine. Wish the finish would have endured a little longer. Drink up now.

Right out of the bottle it was stringent. Next night, delicious. Good flavor. At its peak if not going down. Drink now.
