  Low neck fill.. though still alive... Classic, developed profile.. bricking color... aromas and flavors of olive tapenade, sage, herbs, savory spices, cigar box and semi-sweet black current.. even a hint of mineral... savory, mouthwatering palate.. super fine, mild tannins... medium bodied... good, lingering finish... impressive for a 27 year old county blend... very nuanced and old world in character... aromas of sage fill the bottom of the glass... well made..
