  A methode traditionelle from Epirus. One of my greek favs, unfortunately this bottle prooved to be quite tired. Lemon-green with a restraint nose. Not much happening, some florality perhaps with underlying fruit. No autolysis on the nose. Better in palate with medium acidity and elegant mousse but lacking identity. Rather short finish. Lacks vivacity and freshness.
