One hour decant and consumed over next 2 hours. Dark purplish black in color with cherry notes on the nose. Medium body and well balanced. Primary cherry flavors with notes of pepper and dark, semi-sweet chocolates. Medium long finish with good acidity.

Hart Davis Hart BYOB Dinner (Hinterland Gastropub, Milwaukee, WI): Intersting nose of melon, orange peel, torrefaction and pinot berry. More tart on the palate, still showing some complexity. Moderate tannins, mild acidity, turning hot through the shortish finish. To be consumed relatively young.
