Tasted this wine about 4 months ago and it has changed slightly in that period of time. Firstly, the colour was light garnet/brick red with a developing tawny rim. The nose was more savoury than I remember with the same level of intensity of cherries, redskin raspberry, earth and herbaceousness. The palate was more subdued with a medium intensity of flavour and body, but the length was still fantastic. Acidity seemed lower too, with it being medium at most.ni suspect this wine is drinking in its prime now with the potential for only short term cellaring. Has the wine developed slightly more or have my taste buds changed somewhat?

Light garnet red colour Nose: medium plus intensity, stalky, herbaceous, savoury, cherries, subtle spice, plums, raspberries, oak and malo aromas. Palate: medium plus intensity, stalky, savoury, cherries, plums, raspberries, vanillin oak. Medium body, well rounded, medium acid, medium plus length. Lovely Burgundian-style Pinot with bright, cool climate fruit and savoury, stalky aromas for. Partial whole bunch pressing. Rounded mouth feel, elegant, great concentration and length. My style of pinot

Bit wild on opening. Does settle somewhat but I feel the fruit here isn't quite up to it. A bitter stalky bent that doesn't seem to suit the flavour profile.
