Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • Note: rating boosted +3 due to longevity. Expected vinegar, but opened on curiosity. Surprisingly fruit is still there. Acids are all gone, but sugars are intact and in line with what it was in 2000 when bought (not too sweet). Has become more golden yellow in color. Coats the palate, but holds up well to oiled shrimp or melted cheese. Long creme brule finish. Impressed it held this long.
