  8 % Pinot noir, 92 % Chardonnay, 7 g dosage. Salmon colour. Yeasty fresh almonds, small fresh and wild berries. Clear autolysis w. depth and complexity, red fruits like apples and peaches. Good freshness and length.

  Orange/pink color. Very lively, fine mousse. Aromas of strawberries, red grapefruit, minerals and yeast. Ripe, highly structured medium-bodied fruit with excellent depth and length. Nicely juicy, supple and very persistent on the palate. Impressive!

  Very pale, delicate hue; very mineral-led nose, chalk quite a driver here. Hint of red berries eventually reveals itself; delicate style, quite mineral, sweet hints of berried fruits. Lovely finesse on the finish. Excellent.
