Chocolate and cranberry on the palate, somewhat becoming muted. Still tarty and and some alcohol, but has become a pleasant drinker. Finish is now medium with the vanilla hard to find. Overall a nice QPR for $20. and as other had said, at the original $80, I would have been upset, as it was not an $80 bottle of quality wine.

90 minutes in the decanter; tons of sediments. Dark garnet-ruby in the glass; semi-opaque. Smells of blackberries and rubbing alcohol; mostly rubbing alcohol. Tarty red and black fruits on the palate, but not that prevalent; touch of tannins detected. Disjointed and not complex at all though it does go down smoothly. For the $20 price, this is a decent-to-ok wine; for the original $80 price, I'd be calling it highway robbery.

smooth and easy drinking -- the fruit really comes out at first pour - doesn't seem to have the complexity, heft or structure of a Napa cab, but nonetheless a very enjoyable glass of wine. Bought these on Invino at the clearance price -- very good QPR at $19.99, would have been unhappy at the retail price of $80.

Nose: boysenberry, hint of blueberry jam, chocolate mint
Flavor: first off - bright acidity backing everything. Cranberry orange with a vanilla cream oak backing. With food this calms to solid purple/red berries with a significant woody oak component. Good concentration but not stunning. After an hour the flavor is clearly cranberry.
Finish: best part of this wine. Long vanilla cream finish
Feel: light amount of medium tannin

Somewhat balanced, but lacking fruit and complexity. Pass.
