White flowers, citrus, and mineral on the nose. Dry and mineral driven on the palate with a touch of waxiness enriching the balance, but somewhat simple in its expression. Drink now through 2016.

Fresh and yes indeed dry. Not all that interesting to me at the $17 price tag. Tasty, mineral. Apperently the key to Silvaner is the yield. If you lower the yield you get floral and textural wine. Which is the goal here although I am not quite seeing that goal achieved.
