Still tasting great !! At peak ! This delicious white is made for asian cusine. A oerfect cork, easily removed. Light straw color with excellent clarity. Consumed this balanced wine over two days, Vac-U-Vin and refrigerated. Both aromas and flavors much more apparent once the wine approached room temperature. Perfumed lychee fruit aroma with bracing Granny Smith apple, and citrus with a medium to long finish. A truely balanced Gerwurztraminer from Ferrington Vineyard in the Anderson Valley appellation during a challenging growing year. Great winemaking effort with this age worthy wine that may have many years of life remaining.

Nice wine but a little disappointing I have had previous vintage of this wine and I thought they were better but still a good wine with spicy Asian food. Nice sugars and fruit and flowers but not sweet.

Tenzing Portfolio Tasting (Tenzing - Chicago, IL): Fantastic wine. Great acidity, clean dry minerals. Crisp with a touch of sweetness. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
