  • Easter dinner 2015 with lamb and ham. Opaque plum in the glass. Vanilla and prime noise. Silky in the mouth, well balanced stone fruit, light touch of acidity. Finished just a touch hot, but resolves to pleasant dark plum and fig notes.

  • Wonderful fruit aroma. Mourvedre really shines in the blend. Is it the Petite Sirah giving some light and nice tannin. Syrah providing nice structure and of course how can I not like a Paso Zinfandel. Neutral oak. Tasted on its own and is delicious. Also goes great with food: roasted zucchini, olive oil, lemon garlic and Parmesan cheese on spaggetti.
