Not Rated. Less impressive than last bottle, and unsure why. Very dry, beginning touches of oxidation, quite mineral driven. Aromatically similar to Sauv Blanc, yet tasting like under fruited Chenin Blanc. Did not improve much with air.

A very nice surprise... this developed extremely well in the cellar. Pie crusty baked apple nose, with a bit of lime zest lending freshness & lift. Superbly saline mineral attack, electric acidity, lean meyer lemon curd palate finishing with medium length.. touches of sea brine, wild honey, dried white flowers and dried tea leaf. This is not a generous wine, but there is more than adequate fruit (think premier cru chablis from a ripe year). Mouth watering limestone, dried lemon peel finale. Best enjoyed now or within a year, I think... there seems not quite enough fruit to expect any more beneficial development from this wine.

Gold in color. Great nose of stone fruit, citrus and some caramel/oak. Still has bright acidity. Great wine, minerality, citrus, and seems to be well balanced and still has life left. Such a great wine and has aged beautifully. Would drink now and likely still in this good spot for another 2-3.

Light oak. Tasty. Full bodied. Not as crisp as a good Chablis, but nice for California

Has improved with a touch of age... Chablis-like in minerality... great with shellfish.. lots of acid and limestone. Drink relatively soon.
