Nose of gunflint and tropical fruits. It's very exuberant.
Dense and viscous on the palate but still very fresh. It is rich, buttery and ripe at the same time, while being very flexible. The juice is of enormous concentration, but it loosens up perfectly, with flavors of ripe tropical fruits. Nice toasted finish on the nuts on a good length.
A high level village.

PNP. Wow is this good. Deep flinty nose, lemons and spice soaring from the glass. The palate has a lovely texture, deep yet acidic and crisp with a mouth coating finish.

PNP then consumed during a 2 hour dinner. Deep yellow. Lemon and spice on the nose. The palate is ripe, rich and full with tropical fruit elements, citrus fruit elements and a bit of chalky limestone.

This had some clear butterscotch notes on the nose at first that then disappeared for a while to reveal lemon, herb, and mineral flavors, just to then come back and dominate... The palate was a bit fresher with tons of acidity and very mineral driven with some citrus notes and a saline quality. Definitely felt a bit advanced, but the wine was enjoyable, maybe just not what it could have been.

Single blind. Classic maturing Meursault with buttery orchard fruit, toasted nuts and marmalade aromas. Lovely combo of rich, fatty, creamy fruit and zingy acidity. My #3/4 in a killer flight.
