  Opened cold. Light straw color. A tart but full nose of green apple and asian pear. Full mouthful of pear and honeysuckle that finishes into vanilla cream. Very smooth and well balanced. A little minerality throughout. Terrific on a snow day.

  Really a beautiful full-bodied California Chardonnay. Popped & poured but I would advise not to drink right out of a cellar at 46 degrees. Initially had chalk mineral, tropical fruit, stone fruit, & butter on the nose. After time in the glass it changed to very concentrated peaches & pineapple drenched with honeysuckle & slight caramel. The initial tastes represent golden apple with pineapple & some caramel & spicy oak on the mid-palate. Just enough acidity i suppose with the big fruit flavors. Finish got longer with continued warmth in the glass with some vanilla, golden apple, star fruit, & citrus highlights. Straw golden in color. I will certainly get a couple more bottles.
