  Couleur un peu brique, d intensité moyenne. Beau nez fruits noirs, cuir. En boucle, belle ampleur, tanins encore bien présents. Plaisant

  Al naso, dopo un po' di aerazione, offre una bella ciliegia nera piena e succosa avvolta in un panno di cuoio. La bocca è compiutamente svolta: di medio peso e progressione fluente, bilanciata tra le fasi di ingresso e centro, mostra un finale lungo e coerente. Il tannino è presente ma sciolto, e unito alla tipica acidità del sangiovese, conferisce grande golosità e facilità di beva. Probabilmente nel momento migliore per godere del frutto, ma ha ancora anni davanti di seducente evoluzione.

  Opaque with that old brick colouring that is common for aged brunello. The nose is leathery with some sour cherry notes. The palate is more lively with red fruit and sour cherries. Palate is younger then the nose on this wine. Likely past peak. 5+12+16+8=91

  Purple in color bordering on ruby red. The nose is old world earthy with a mix of raisins and tobacco. On the palate this is a ready to drink, well integrated wine. A bit acidic but I think that is because the tannins are totally integrated. Good earthy complexity... the word I keep coming to is "chewey". Very fun to drink, almost reminds me of an old Barolo than a Brunello

  Full bodied. Some harsh tannins on the palate. The wine is young, but I find these tannins too rough even for this age.
