  This is likely past its prime as the nose shows some slight oxidation.....that said, concentrated dark ruby sharply fading to a mature brick red rim. Supple cherries on the nose give way to sweet balsamic, supported by a strong foundation of wet mossy soil. Full flavored with a great front and midpalate of deep purple fruits; however, very light-bodied and energetic in the mouth. Elegant tannins allow for a slowly-fading, earthy finish. Very unique.
