Straw yellow. Melon, citrus and o bit of barrel char on the nose. I'm not a fan of oaky Chardonnay and have to disagree with comments below about this being over oaked. Very nicely balanced creamy/butteriness with oak and a crisp acidic finish. Agree with other temperature sensitive. Tightens up and doesn't show everything when too cold, but also gets a bit flabby when too warm. I took to pouring small pours for myself.

Love!!! Phenomenal oak and butter, so smooth on the palate...let it warm up a bit.

Let it warm up a little bit - this is one chard that doesn't like to be cold.

Disappointingly over oaked - really needed food to calm it down. Most disappointed given J's usual well balanced palate.
