  This vibrant and racy, medium gold Chablis offers nice aromas of apples, wet stones, citrus peel and clove. Light-to-medium-bodied and juicy on the palate, it follows with flavors mirroring the nose. The alcohol (13%) lurks backstage and the middle is solid. Tart and medium-length on the finish, this is a wine which screams for raw shellfish or similar light fare. Drink now-2016.

  Intense mineral, floral and fruit present a classic chablis profile of beautiful balance, palate richness, and nice length. Cellar worthy for the next 4-6 years plus.
