  • Color: very pale lemon yellow; transparent
Nose: aromatic, top notes lemon with base of more tropical fruits such as papaya
Mouthfeel and taste: medium weight Chardonnay, although butterscotch mellowed after several days; lemon and acid high notes; mouthfeel and flavor are between big, oaky style and flinty stainless steel style although more toward stainless. Enough flavors and acidity to be a nice wine to drink on its own but enough body and flavor to stand up to a range of food from moderately heavy to fairly light

  • Aged in stainless steel and neutral oak, this is a fruit forward Chardonnay with aromas of apples and melon. It is crisp without being overly acidic and is very well balanced. The palate shows characteristic apple flavors with a host of other fruits including melon. The finish has hints of tart lemon. Enjoyable and approachable.
