Similar to the last bottle. Tasty and complex but almost astringent. I got the same bitter hazelnut and straw again. Cork also nearly soaked through. Flawed?

Not nearly as enjoyable as a previous bottle. This was complex but there was a dominant note through the mid-palate and into the finish that was distracting. It was straw and bitter hazelnut. The flavor wasn't bad but it really made the wine lopsided.
The cork was nearly soaked through.

I really liked this. There's plenty of minerality/chalkiness but its not a 1 trick pony. When cold, I found some green apple and sharp lemon but after some air the fruit turned all citrus. Along with that, there was a complimentary banana note driving the impressively long finish. Paired very well with pan fried Tilapia.

This isn't a varietal we are as familiar with as others, but tend to agree with previous reviewers. Mineral, green apple, lemon. Was a nice compliment to our spicy Tikka Masala tonight. Doubt it will get any better. DH thought it was past it's prime. I thought it was just a lower end Chablis so nothing to knock your socks off. The cork was 3/4 saturated FWIW.
