Popped, aerated and drank over 2 nights. Opaque maroon hue, a bit darker than a Pinot Noir. The nose gives me cherry fruit and a touch of cinnamon. Cherry fruit on the palate with black pepper on the finish. A bit thin in terms of mouthfeel, but this bottle was much better than my last.

Popped, aerated and drank over 2 nights. Translucent maroon hue (lighter than I expected). Nose is subdued...I get some faint strawberry tones with a dash of pepper. Thin on the palate, with sort of a watery cherry fruit profile and a spicy finish.

Byron’s Grenache is amazing but you have to give it time. Lower ratings for this wine is because people were drinking it much too young.

no formal notes. I guess my biggest problem is that it doesn't taste like grenache at all. kind of smells like urinal cakes.
